A.E. Mendagaziev explores the intricacies of the use of international development cooperation tools to achieve foreign and foreign economic policy goals in the post-Soviet space.
In 2020, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of International Relations of the NWIM RANEPA (St. Petersburg), in 2022 – completed the Master's Program ‘Economic Diplomacy’ at the School of World Politics of the Moscow State University.
