On March 18, 2021 the CSDS Director Vladimir Bartenev took part in the workshop ’Accounting, Evaluation, Efficiency of International Development Aid‘ organized by the Russian Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo)in partnership with the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development.
He moderated the first session ‘Accounting for and reporting on development resource flows which he opened with a presentation ‘Review of Russia’s Track Record in Accounting for and Reporting on Resource Flows to Developing Countries’. The workshop included several presentations made by representatives of the OECD Development Cooperation Directorate and was attended by the representatives of the Russian federal executive agencies, public corporations, non-governmental organisations and academia.
