October 22, 2019, within the framework of the XII Convention of the Russian International Studies Association (RISA) entitled ''The World of the Regions vs. the Regions of the World'', the panel "International assistance as a factor in ensuring security and development in the XXI century" will be held (moderator - V.I. Bartenev).
The event is organized by the CSDS and the Association of International Development Assistance Experts.
