The CSDS experts attended RIAC and ICRC's consultation on regional problems and humanitarian challenges in cross-border regions of Syria

On June 20, 2019, the CSDS Director Vladimir Bartenev, Deputy Director Luiza Khlebnikova and the CSDS Expert Altunay Aliyeva attended a consultation on regional problems and humanitarian challenges in cross-border regions of Syria held by Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) and International Committee of the Red Cross Regional Delegation in the Russian Federation, Belarus, and Moldova.
