'Empowering Sustainability in a Fragile World'' (December 14-15 2017): video (In Russian)

The conference was organized by an international consortium of educational and research organizations consisting of the Lomonosov Moscow State University (School of World Politics and its Center for Security and Development Studies), the University of California-Irvine (USA), and the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, in partnership with the Russian Council for International Affairs and with the financial support of the Russian Science Foundation (project #15-18-30066).

This conference aimed to initiate a substantive discussion on these interdisciplinary problematique between the security and development specialists, as well as experts on individual countries and regions from Russia, the Middle East and North Africa, Western Europe, and North America.
