The Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the civic movement ‘For strengthening democratic law order and in support of the UN’ held a round table ‘The role of the UN in a polycentric world (The 70th  anniversary of the sign of the Charter of the United Nations)’ During the round table, the CSDS chief scientific director Anatoly A. Gromyko made a speech ‘The goal of the Charter of the UN in XXI century’. The CSDS director Vladimir I.
