On October 28, 2021, the CSDS Director Vladimir Bartenev took part in the online meeting ‘Days of the Public Council under Rossotrudnichestvo’.
Vladimir Bartenev, as the head of the Commission on International Development Cooperation of the Public Council under Rossotrudnichestvo, shared his understanding of distinctive features, competitive advantages, priorities and prospects of Russia as a provider of development cooperation. The discussion will be held in English and moderated by Dmitry Polikanov, the Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo.
